Dr. Susanne Bradford has been an associate with Mt. Pleasant OB/GYN since February of 2005. Prior to that, her professional experience included private practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan as well as four years as a commissioned officer and OB/GYN with the U.S. Navy stationed at the Charleston Naval Hospital.
A native of Michigan, Dr. Bradford received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She earned her medical doctorate degree in 1995 from Wayne State University in Detroit and went on to complete a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Wayne State University’s Hutzel Hospital in 1999. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her staff privileges include East Cooper Regional Medical Center and Roper Hospital. She has received numerous awards during her career including the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, The National Defense Medal, and several awards for resident teaching.
Dr. Bradford is thrilled to be part of the dynamic group of physicians at Mt. Pleasant OB/GYN and looks forward to serving her community. She and her husband enjoying spending time with their two young children and exploring the Lowcountry. She also enjoys reading, biking, travel, and college football season.
